Breaking News: A lawsuit has been filed in Waverly against CSX by up to 10 families that lost loved ones in the flood
WAVERLY, TN – Families of ten victims, including seven children, who died in the
August 2021 Flash Flood in Waverly, Tennessee are expected to announce a major legal development tomorrow at 10:30am.
The press conference will be held in Waverly.
20 individuals lost their lives in the flood.
