Dollar Generals have been popping up throughout Dickson County in recent years. But this year, the company is opening its first “fun, on-trend” Popshelf bargain retail store brand in Dickson.
Popshelf’s stated mission is to offer “affordable and stress-free shopping” in the store where products will include seasonal and home décor, health and beauty, cleaning supplies, party goods, entertaining needs.
The Popshelf concept was introduced in 2020 with stores opening in Hendersonville and Clarksville.
Dollar General plans to open up to 1,000 locations nationwide in the next three years.
