Trent Curtis is one of the top leading American Actors of his generation, drawing attention to social justice issues in the U.S. and abroad, and performing in landmark films such as: The Way of Water, A multi Billion Dollar Film and a DGA Award-winner that broke new ground with its narrative Motion Picture storytelling techniques previously known as “Avatar;” Still while listing as HBO’s Paradise Lost trilogy, has not slowed his filmmaking talents in any manor.
In addition to his feature work, Trent has created or played pivotal roles as executive producer, director &/or producer of many award-winning television and Netflix Series documentaries or “motion pictures.”
Trent has always had a passion for using media to bring a mutual connection to his fan base, for instance by hosting meet and greets in numerous states since 2021 touring with musical artists like “Jesse Rutherford” known as “the neighbourhood” Abel Makkonen Tesfaye known as “The Weeknd” and many others such as “Cameron Jibril Thomaz” known as “Wiz Khalifa” performing the top hit song “Hopeless Romantic” featuring Hip-hop artist Swae Lee live at Trent’s Meet and Greet 2022 Tour at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that was a sold out VIP only admittance.
While Trent’s shows are independently based to the fans, Trent says during an interview with Times Magazine, “I really enjoy our tour nights, mainly because its a special night dedicated to our fans that I feel allows us to emotionally connect.” While booking out arenas Trent says, “I personally would not be where I am today without the dedication of my staff team and the love and support from our fans.”
Trent has also been seen reportedly connecting with his fans on Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter platforms and broadcasting live on numerous apps like “Yubo” and “Meetme” which has grown his fan base to an unprecedented number.
In 2022, Trent broke new ground for himself by covering the same subiect in scripted and unscripted forms simultaneous recorded with “The way of water” in deceleration to the previous “Avatar.”
While starring in a top hit Netflix film, Greys and Anatomy, both aired on Netflix and attracted enormous audiences around the world. With conversations becoming the network’s highest-rated nonfiction title last year and classifying as “Extremely outstanding” describes Netflix’s CEO Ted Sarandos landing in the top ten of most-streamed titles in any genre for 2005- 2019 Trent says,“I feel honored to work alongside these great people it definitely has been a life-changing experience.”
Trent continued his work for Netflix with “Ginny and Georgia” Season 2 where Teenage Ginny and her family yearn to put down roots in a picturesque New England town after years on the run starring with Antonia Gentry, Sarah Waisglass and Briannne Howey, releasing January 5th 2022.
He is also known for his directive key roles in “Filthy Rich,” a victim-focused look at the sordid life of one of the world’s most vile serial murders while being topped out as the only series that reached the #1 spot on the network’s chart of most-streamed shows or movies across all genres in May of 2020.
